海外物流工程师/经理（英国、波兰、德国）

岗位职责

• 仓库运营管理：负责欧洲海外仓库的日常管理工作，包括库存管理、配送质量保障，确保仓库运作的高效性和安全性。 
• 项目管理：协助或主导海外物流项目的落地，跟踪项目关键节点，确保项目按时完成。 
• 流程优化：支持仓库货物进出库流程、作业系统优化及尾程配送流程的改进，提升整体运营效率。 
• 团队管理：管理服务商仓库团队或支持仓库团队管理，制定并执行仓库管理制度，提升团队协作效能。 
• 成本控制：负责或协助仓库运营成本控制和预算管理，通过优化流程降低运营成本。 
• 资源协调：与供应商、客户及相关方沟通协调，确保货物及时交付，提高客户满意度。 
• 海外仓解决方案：开发和实施海外仓布局及物流配送方案，推动业务扩展。 
• 市场洞察：分析欧洲本地物流资源及行情，提出风险规避措施及优化建议。 

任职要求

• 学历背景：本科及以上学历，物流管理、仓储管理、供应链管理等相关专业优先。 
• 工作经验： 物流经理：5年以上仓库管理经验，有欧洲海外仓建仓及管理经验者优先。物流工程师：3年以上仓库物流或物流工程相关工作经验，具备项目管理经验。
• 专业技能：熟悉仓库物流管理流程及操作规范，熟练使用办公软件和仓库管理系统。
• 管理能力：具备团队领导或协作经验，优秀的沟通协调能力。
• 成本与流程优化：有成本控制、预算管理及流程优化经验，能有效降低运营成本。
• 语言能力：英语流利，可作为工作语言。
• 其他要求：接受出差及短期驻仓安排，适应国际化工作环境。
