工程项目经理（电力电厂方向）
岗位职责：
- 负责电力电厂建设项目全生命周期管理，包括项目规划、设计、施工、验收等各阶段的统筹协调，确保项目按计划、高质量完成。
- 把控项目成本、进度与质量，识别并解决项目实施过程中的各类风险与问题，确保项目在预算内按时交付且符合行业标准。
- 管理项目团队，制定工作目标与计划，监督团队执行，提升团队项目管理能力与协作效率。
- 参与项目前期调研、可行性分析及后期运营评估，为公司能源项目投资决策提供专业建议。
任职要求：
- 学历要求：硕士及以上学历，电力工程、项目管理或相关专业对口。
- 经验要求：具备能源企业项目管理经验者优先；有电力电厂建设项目全流程管理经验者优先。
- 专业能力：熟悉电力工程建设规范、项目管理体系（如PMP），具备扎实的电力专业知识与项目管理技能；具备良好的跨部门、跨企业沟通协调能力；德语/英语可作为工作语言，开展跨国项目协作。
- 素质要求：具备较强的责任心、抗压能力与决策能力，拥有敏锐的风险意识与问题解决能力。
