Warehouse Specialist/Stock Management with High Proficiency in Chinese (full-time, m/f/d)

YOUR CHALLENGES:
You will be part of a dynamic presales technical department and play a key role connecting the technical and the warehouse functions. With your keen attention to numbers and experiences in warehousing systems you will manage the stock of LED display products. Having gained knowledge of Absen products you will also support presales engineer preparing LED demos according to customers’ requirements.

Warehouse Management

• Improve warehouse operations by applying efficient solutions and implementing warehouse management systems
• Keep precise and up-to-date record of incoming and outgoing goods using SAP, excel and other tools
• Optimize spare parts management of LED display products
• Lead inventory according to operational requirements
• Coordinate with specialists in HQ for warehouse management solutions
• In charge of keeping warehouse well organised and clean, and make efficient use of warehouse space

Stock Management

• Prepare LED displays demos according to customers’ requirements
• Communicate and coordinate closely with other departments such as technical, sales and logistics to ensure a smooth work flow
•  Regularly review and update stock list

YOUR PROFILE:

• Knowledge and practical experience of SAP and warehouse systems
• 2 years of warehouse management experience
• Basic knowledge of electronics/semi-conductors
• Attention to numbers with excellent excel skills
• Highly organised and detail-oriented
• Self-motivated and an excellent team player
• High proficiency in Chinese language (native level) is mandatory, advanced knowledge of English or German is preferred
