Its core business is supplying lithium-ion battery cells for energy storage to its partners. Warehouse Product Service Repair Executive

Responsibilities

- Conduct thorough inspections of products requiring repair or maintenance (Portable Air Conditioner/Fridge/EB, home appliances, power tools).
- Perform repairs on a range of warehouse products, ensuring quality standards are met. - Maintain accurate records of all repairs and service activities.

- Collaborate with the inventory team to ensure proper stock levels of spare parts and tools. - Follow safety protocols and ensure the workspace remains clean and organised.
- Assist in troubleshooting technical issues related to product malfunctions.
- Support the testing of repaired products to confirm functionality before re-distribution.

Requirements

- Proven experience or strong interest in product repair, maintenance, or technical troubleshooting.
- Good organisational skills with an eye for detail.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. - Strong problem-solving abilities and technical aptitude.

- Excellent communication skills to document repair activities clearly.
- Knowledge of warehouse operations and safety procedures is desirable but not essential.
- Basic IT skills for record keeping and reporting purposes.
- College degree or above; 1+ year of experience in warehouse product repair and refurbishment. - Native Mandarin speaker; fluent English for communication.
