Due to business expansion, GOFO is offering an opportunity for the position of Warehouse Operator in our new Warehouse located in Herten-NRW-Germany.

Job Responsibilities:

• Conduct manual sorting and scanning of parcels, ensuring accuracy and timely processing to meet operational deadlines.

• Oversee daily activities in the distribution center, ensuring efficient and smooth execution of tasks.

• Support on-site logistics operations by assisting in organizing transfer batches and optimizing workflows for operational efficiency.

• Assist in identifying and resolving operational issues, such as inventory discrepancies or shipment delays, to reduce risks and costs.

• Maintain effective communication with colleagues and external contractors to ensure alignment with business objectives and operational standards.

Job Requirements:

• Willingness to work two rotating shifts: 12:00 PM–9:00 PM and 3:00 PM–12:00 AM. Night shift allowance included.

• 0–2 years of experience in operations management, preferably in a logistics or distribution center environment.

• Excellent communication skills to establish and maintain relationships with subcontractors and stakeholders.

• Ability to adapt to changing priorities and thrive in a fast-paced environment.

• Fluency in Chinese and German; working proficiency in English is a plus.

• Valid work authorization in Germany is preferred. Visa application assistance is available for exceptional candidates.
