Warehouse Operations Team Leader

Cargo B.V. is a comprehensive logistics company specializing in one-stop logistics solutions for e-commerce businesses between China and Europe.Working together with our sister companies in Germany and Belgium, we handle import and export logistics across the Netherlands, including customs clearance coordination, warehouse operations, and last-mile distribution.As our business continues to grow, we are looking for a Warehouse Operations Team Leader to join our warehouse in Venlo. 
Key Responsibilities•Lead daily warehouse operations, including receiving, storage, picking, packing, shipping, and inventory control. •Organize and coordinate warehouse staff to ensure efficient loading, unloading, packing, and handling of goods. •Maintain accurate inbound and outbound documentation and update warehouse management systems. •Support inventory counting and stock accuracy. •Assist the Warehouse Manager with warehouse administration and operational improvements. •Ensure warehouse safety, cleanliness, and operational efficiency. 
Requirements•Previous warehouse and Forklift experience is preferred. •Basic English communication skills. Chinese speaking is a plus. •Good organizational and communication skills with a strong sense of responsibility. •Able to occasionally lift packages up to 23 kg (not the primary duty). •Driving licence is preferred. •Valid residence permit or work authorization in the Netherlands.
