Warehouse Manager

Location: Düsseldorf
Work Mode: On-site

Job Responsibilities: 

• Manage daily warehouse operations, including inventory management, logistics coordination, and team management.
• Develop and optimize warehouse processes to ensure efficient operations.
• Manage receiving, shipping, and delivery processes, maintaining good communication across the supply chain. 
• Supervise the warehouse team, organize recruitment and training, and improve work efficiency.
• Manage third-party overseas warehouses, specifically focusing on two tasks: order pushing and conducting monthly inventory checks.
• Other daily warehouse operation-related tasks.

Job Requirements:

• Proficient in English, Chinese, and German.
• Bachelor’s degree or higher, with over 3 years of experience in logistics management or related fields.
• Familiar with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and possess excellent organizational and problem-solving skills.
• Able to adapt to a fast-paced work environment, with strong attention to detail and efficiency.
• A degree in logistics management, supply chain management, or a related field is preferred.
