Technical Project Lead Hybrid
Your Responsibilities:
• You are in charge of overall powertrain module development project management from milestone AE till ME (powertrain system, engine, or gearbox);
• You are responsible to plan and manage the budget of your projects;
• You are responsible to grant the BMG and K-release to the relevant powertrain module;
• You are responsible to create and keep optimizing the project timeline with all stakeholders;
• You are responsible to escalate in proper committees for project decision and / or risks.
Required Qualification:
• Education: Bachelor degree or above
• Work Experience: min. 7 years-experience in powertrain development or project management out of VW group (min. 2 years-experience in VW module development project management as alternative);
• High sense to manage complexity and problem solving ability
• Fluent English language skills is needed, good German skills is a plus
