System Consultant

Responsibility：

• Lead blueprint meetings with clients to confirm flow and ensure requirements are captured accurately.
• Communicate with HQ product teams about any new or development requests to ensure client needs are met.
• Produce final versions of blueprints and API Excel sheets to ensure accuracy and completeness.
• Take the lead in interface meetings with clients to ensure smooth integration with other systems.
• Provide UAT (user acceptance testing) test cases to ensure systems are functioning properly and meet client expectations.
• Update standard documents and maintain HQ document quality control for each system (GPS, GRS, GSS, iWMS, PP, RMS) to ensure consistency and accuracy.
• Empower colleagues through training sessions, sharing new system function introductions with EU teams, and case sharing to increase knowledge and expertise.
• Provide pre-sales support to ensure the successful adoption of new systems and technologies.
• Provide system consulting support during the pre-sales phase.

Required capabilities, and skills：

• With valid work permit
• Bachelor degree or above, major in logistics, mechanical related or similar industry experience is preferred Be able to adapt to travel needs, with travel time accounting for 30%-50%
• Fluent in spoken and written English to meet daily and business communication needs; Cantonese,Chinese or other European language is a plus

Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills：

• With driver's license
• Have a sense of responsibility, work conscientiously and responsibly
• Ability to prioritize multiple complex situations to deliver successful results
• Outstanding resilience, capable of maintaining composure in fast-paced work environments
