Objective of Job

·       Manage software development activities during all project phase & all software development area;

·       Manage software team daily work in agile way

·       Coordinate to produce cross domain/functional technical solution;

·       Coordinate software team to formulate software development & delivery plan;

·       Coordinate cross teams communication to solve conflict;

·       Tracking & monitoring software activities to ensure success delivery;

·       Synchronize software develop/dependencies progress with headquarters;

Task Description

Work as software project manager:

·       Coordinate software team to formulate technical solution

·       Coordinate software team to formulate feature roll out plan & ensure on-time delivery

·       Coordinate software team daily works with agile methodologies include PI planning,  sprint planning, daily standup meeting …

·       Identify/Solve risk & dependencies

·       Collaborate with headquarters to sync SW develop & dependency progress & plan

·       Promote agile methodologies & improve process for SW team with the support from SW QA & Agile coach

Qualification

Education

·       Bachelor in computer science, robotics, electrical engineering or a related field

Experience

·       Have experience in leading the program in college

·       Excellent verbal & written English capability

·       Excellent communication skills, strong sense of responsibility

·       Good at multiple tasks steering & coordinate

·       Good conflict identify/predict, assessment & solving capability

·       Strong self drive, curiosity & diverse way of thinking

·       Positive attitude & have sense of purpose/result driven
