Service Engineer (m/w/d)

Your Jobs/工作内容

• 与公司团队一起维护中国公司所负责的客户，处理相关激光光学系统的售后问题
• 负责为客户提供相应产品现场及远程的安装和调试工作
• 在公司内负责检测维修指定的激光光学系统
• 与客户直接接触，保障客户顺利使用公司产品进行生产
• 准备客户的培训课程，并根据需要，为中国和周边国家的客户独立开展这些课程
• 需要就焊接技术和激光应用领域的高新科技项目，向国内及国际客户提供建议

Your Profile/您的背景

• 工程类学科的本科及以上学历，光学和激光技术专业优先
• 有良好的沟通能力，善于了解客户的需求，快速找到解决方案
• 拥有良好的团队协作能力和责任心
• 具有以下等相关领域经验者优先：激光加工工艺，激光焊接技术，光学系统维修或机器人调试等
• 有多年针对客户的专业技术支持经验，专注于高科技产品或项目
• 英文或德语流利(书面及口语)，接受短期出差
• 德国留学背景或之前在德国有相关工作经验更佳
