Sales Representative

Job Responsibilities:

1. Establish and maintain relationships with international B2B clients by sourcing leads through trade shows, company websites, and other channels.

2. Address diverse customer needs, coordinate with R&D departments and application engineers, and participate in product design, development, and sample production.

3. Facilitate contract establishment, signing, execution, and tracking; place orders with factories; arrange shipping and delivery; and monitor payment status.

4. Stay informed about competing products and maintain an accurate understanding of the overall market landscape.

5. Collect and organize client feedback on company products, propose product development suggestions, and provide effective after-sales support.

6. Proactively support and complete additional tasks assigned by supervisors.

Qualifications:

1. Bachelor’s degree or higher. Prior experience in international trade is preferred. Ability to interpret customer drawings and knowledge of mechanical engineering is required.

2. Proficiency in English, Russian, Portuguese, Japanese, or other foreign languages is desirable.
