DMEGC Germany GmbH was set up in 2008 in Germany, 100% owned by Hengdian Group DMEGC Magnetics, leading magnetic material manufacturer in the world with 17,000 employees.

We are looking for new colleagues to join our team within Magnetic materials for our location in Offenbach am Main, Germany - home office model as an option.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute strategies to gain business in magnetic material related market
  • Acquire and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships
  • Ensure the timely and successful delivery of our solutions according to customer needs and objectives
  • Develop new business with existing clients and/or identify areas of improvement to meet sales quotas
  • Clearly communicate the progress of weekly/monthly/quarterly initiatives
  • Forecast and track key account metrics (e.g. mid-year sales results and annual forecasts)
  • Prepare reports on account status
  • Collaborate with sales team to identify and grow opportunities within territory

    Qualifications

    • Excellent in Englishverbal and written capabilities,German is a plus
    • Min. bachelor’s degree in science, technology, electronics, materials, or physics related majors
    • Proven work experience as an (Key) Account Manager, Sales Account Manager, Business Development Manager or relevant role
    • Solid experience with IT systems (MS Excel, Office365)

    Benefits

    • 13-month salary, with a monthly base salary of 3500 euros plus commission; for professionals in related fields (such as magnetic materials or electronics), the starting salary can be discussed in person.
    • Twice-yearly sponsored training trips to China for professional development and family visits.
    • The workplace is in Offenbach am Main, with the option for partial remote work.
