Responsibilities

  1. Responsible for winning, maintaining, and expanding all BLUETTI partner relationships within the assigned territory.
  2. Home energy storage: Development and management of distribution channels/installer network in assigned region.
  3. Small-sized energy storage: Maintain existing partners and customers, develop new sales channels opportunities.
  4. Develop business plans to meet sales targets and company objectives.
  5. Coordinate with teams and provide support at all stages to maintain relationships with partners as a regional manager.
  6. Follow-up on industry trends and customer needs.
  7. Forecast and deliver necessary suggestions on product optimization and business strategy.

 

Requirements:

  1. Bachelor degree or above.
  2. Background or experience in electrical or photovoltaic energy storage industry is preferred.
  3. Good command of English and German.
  4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  5. Result-oriented, ambitious and able to work independently.
  6. Hold a valid German driving licence.
  7. Experience in working with local retails is an advantage.
