As part of our continued expansion in the European market, we are establishing and strengthening our footprint in Europe. We are looking for Senior Sales / Business Development Managers who are motivated to grow with us and contribute to building long term customer partnerships.

Sales / Business Development Manager (m/w/d)

Position Overview:
We are seeking motivated and proactive Senior Sales/Business Development Managers to support and expand our presence across the German and European markets, with a focus on the semiconductor and electronics manufacturing supply chain.

This role is ideal for candidates with 5-8 years of experience in semiconductor or IC sales/business development, or experience dealing with EMS/OEM/ODM in the supply chain. particularly those with a proven track record in new customer acquisition. You will have the opportunity to grow within a dynamic distribution environment and contribute directly to our regional growth strategy.

Responsibilities: 

• Proactively identify and develop new business opportunities in the European market, with a strong focus on semiconductor / IC distribution.
• Drive new customer acquisition (hunting), especially within OEM, ODM, and electronics manufacturing sectors. 
• Build and expand a strong pipeline of target accounts in the electronics supply chain ecosystem.
• Develop and maintain relationships with decision-makers and key stakeholders. 
• Lead commercial discussions, quotations, and negotiations with internal support. 
• Track market trends, competitor activities, and pricing movements to identify growth opportunities. 
• Contribute directly to regional revenue growth and market penetration strategy.

Requirements: 

• Bachelor’s degree in business, engineering, or a related field.
• 5-8 years of proven success in business development or sales, specifically within a semiconductor/IC distribution environment. Demonstrated experience in proactive customer acquisition and market development.
• Professional fluency in both German and English is mandatory (C1 or higher).
• Solid understanding of electronics manufacturing, supply chain management, EMS, OEM and ODM business models. Existing networks within the electronics manufacturing ecosystem is a strong advantage.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills. 
• Entrepreneurial mindset, commercial awareness, and results-driven attitude. 
• Comfortable working independently in a target-driven environment. 
• Willingness to travel within Europe as required.
