ROS Middleware Developer Engineer

Responsibility

• Participate in the development and maintenance of robot operating systems.
• Design communication middleware with high real-time performance and low latency and optimize DDS/QoS strategies to enhance the efficiency of multi-node collaboration.
• Build a hardware abstraction layer to implement standardized driver interfaces for sensors and actuators.

Required capabilities, and skills

• 2026 graduating students, master's degree holders in Computer science, automation, or electronic information are preferred. Bachelor's degree holders should have outstanding project experience.
• Proficient in C++11, skilled in using CMake/CLion to build projects, and familiar with C language.
• Familiarity with the internal implementation of ROS is required. Candidates with awards in robot competitions will be given extra points.
• Possess strong learning ability and be courageous in undertaking new technology research and development work.
