Holding a full banking license, the Branch provides banking services including Euro clearing, commercial loan and deposit, international settlement, trade finance, FX services, CNY cross-border services. With CCB’s global financial service network, the Branch could provide comprehensive banking services to European and Chinese customers.

Job Title: Relationship Manager (m/f/d) in full-time, Corporate Banking Department

Location:Frankfurt am Main, Germany

Duties and responsibilities

• Proactively managing and developing business relationships with prospective and regular local corporate banking customers in a way of complying with all applicable guidelines;
• Supporting the financial needs of the customers and forming a high quality of the lending portfolio;
• Conducting credit business with domestic and foreign companies and banks in the area of SSD (Schuldscheindarlehen), syndications, structured finance and project finance;
• Carrying out creditworthiness analysis of domestic and foreign corporate customers;
• Maximizing the profitability of the bank, focusing on interest and non-interest income generation;
• Finishing Due Diligence reports and maintaining sound quality of the lending portfolio;
• Ensuring compliance with all CCB and local regulations and guidelines;
• Conducting negotiations with the customers, identify potential customers and evaluate the future development prospects and risks inherent with the customers’ business;
• Conducting the full financial and operational assessment of the business. This requires understanding and ability to interpret financial information, familiarity with the local market specifics, ability to retrieve and analyze the necessary information. 

Qualification and Knowledge

• Bachelor/diploma in Economic/Finance related subject;
• over 3 years experience in banking or similar industry;
• Extensive experience in SSD (Schuldscheindarlehen), syndications, structured finance and project finance;
• Extensive banking knowledge;
• Good communication and team work skills;
• Strong sense of responsibility；
• Learning ability and adaptability;
• English and German both written and verbal are required, Chinese language preferred.
