We are only hiring ethnic Chinese for this position.
We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Controls inspector to join our dynamic team.The ideal candidate will be responsible for implementing, and maintaining control systems that ensure the efficiency and quality of our manufacturing processes. This role requires understanding of FDA regulations and CGMP standards, as well as proficiency in precision measuring instruments. The Quality control inspector will play a crucial role in quality assurance and quality inspection activities, ensuring compliance with industry standards.

Responsibilities

  • Receive, sort returns and record in system
  • Conduct detailed quality assessments of individual components and final builds.
  • Inspect, assemble, pack, test products to ensure functionality, durability, and compliance with specifications.
  • Collaborate with the team to troubleshoot and resolve issues.
  • lDocument inspection results, including any defects, and communicate findings to office.
  • Adhere to company and safety standards during all testing and handling procedures.
  • Collaborate with warehouse members to optimize workflow and improve operational efficiency.
  • Other duties as assigned

Job Requirements

  • High School diploma or above required, Associate degree in a business related field preferred
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Good listening skills
  • Ability to form partnership with department and gain intimate knowledge of department operations
  • Detail-oriented, and self-motivated with desire to continuously improve operations
  • Exhibit strong business curiosity and must be willing to explore details to challenge status quo
  • l Ability to work both independently and with a team in a collaborative work environment
  • Adaptable and proactively able to move with the change while maintaining a positive attitude
  • Experience with products assembly, troubleshooting, and testing (minimum 1 year).
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to identify defects or irregularities.
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.

Salary and benefits:

  • Salary: 3500 euros per month or above, depending on individual ability.
