Project Manager (m/f/d)

Responsibilities:

• Be responsible for the project management of approved product development projects (e.g., plate

heat exchangers / integrated components), ensuring delivery meets quality, timeline, and

customer requirements, and minimizing customer complaints.

• Drive project execution in accordance with the project plan.

• Assign tasks to project team members, coordinate resources, and ensure effective communication

within the team.

• Monitor and track project progress, quality, cost, and technical aspects in a timely manner, and

maintain and update the project issue list.

• Update the master project schedule regularly and communicate progress and feedback promptly

with the sales team and customers.

• Organize stage-gate reviews, and take responsibility for corrective actions and closure of non-conforming

items identified during reviews.

• Report product development status to sales and customers, and ensure timely submission of

project documentation and samples.

• Report on project progress, quality, cost, technical solutions, and escalate issues requiring

management support.

 

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Management, or a related field

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in project management

• Familiarity with APQP / PPAP / IATF 16949 processes

• Strong project planning and data analysis skills (e.g., MS Project, Excel)

• Fluent in German and English

• Experience in the automotive industry is a plus
