Project Management Intern

Responsibility:

• Participateinon-siteescort and product technical problemhandling
• Collect and screen feedback from clients and partners, build and improve communication channels
• Assistwithproduct hardwaremaintenance
• Assistinafter-salestrainingforservicepartners andcustomers
• Execute and manage after-sales system, participate in spare parts materials application, transportation and recording
• Maintain customer relationships, improve customer satisfaction

Required capabilities, and skills:

• With valid German work permit
• Bachelor’s degree or above, majoring in logistics, mechanical related or similar industry experience is preferred
• Be able to work full-time for a 6-month internship
• Be able to adapt to frequent travel needs in Europe, with travel time accounting for 60%-80%
• Fluent in spoken and written English and Chinese to meet daily and business communication needs, other European language is a plus

Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills:

• EU driver's license is preferred
• Have a sense of responsibility, work conscientiously and responsibly
• Ability to prioritize multiple complex situations to deliver successful results
• Outstanding resilience, capable of maintaining composure in fast-paced work environments
