Production Manager (Portugal)

Job Responsibilities:
1. Responsible for presiding over the overall production of the workshop to ensure the completion of safety, output, quality, delivery, personnel, cost and other management projects;
2. Comprehensively supervise and manage the 5M1E (man-machine material method environmental testing) management objects in the workshop;
3. Strictly implement the company's various systems and directive work obligations;
4. Promote the implementation of lean production, talent cultivation and echelon construction.
Qualifications:
1. More than 5 years of management experience in the same position, management experience in the composite industry is preferred;
2. Familiar with relevant production management processes and lean production;
3. Proficient in using Excel, Word, PPT and other office software;
4. Have the ability to coordinate the relationship between various departments, train and guide subordinate employees
5. Have professionalism and fighting spirit, strong communication and pressure resistance, be able to lead the team, and play a good team spirit;
6. Fluent in English, proficient in Portuguese is preferred.
