Product Manager

Job Responsibilities:

1. Responsible for market research and demand analysis of new products, developing and implementing product planning solutions;
2. In charge of product definition and design, identifying user needs based on scenario insights, formulating the robot product form, and designing and developing corresponding Product Requirement Documents (PRD);
3. Responsible for competitor analysis, continuously tracking the latest developments and product strategies of competitors to provide data support for product decisions;
4. In charge of continuous iterative optimization and mass production advancement of the product, improving product functions and performance through understanding user feedback and market demands, enhancing customer satisfaction;
5. Coordinate resources to facilitate product implementation, fully responsible for project progress, and maintain overall project quality;
6. Responsible for completing documentation within the project cycle, providing related product training/user manuals and other listing materials, offering product strategy and operation suggestions.

Job Requirements:

1. Bachelor's degree or above in Computer Science, Electronic Communications, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Automation, etc., with more than 3 years of experience as a Product Manager/Requirement Analyst;
2. Familiar with market research and competitor analysis methods, possessing excellent product planning and definition capabilities;
3. Passionate about the robotics industry, priority given to those with experience in designing mass-produced robotic products, familiarity with IPD (Integrated Product Development) processes is preferred;
4. Possess good team spirit and project management abilities, capable of effectively communicating and coordinating cross-departmental work;
5. Have outstanding problem-solving skills, analytical abilities, and innovative thinking, able to flexibly respond to challenges in a fast-paced work environment.
