Product Engineer (Italy)

Product Engineer (Italy)

Job Responsibilities:
1. Assist in business docking with customers and complete product quotations;
2. Responsible for the collection and transformation of customer needs in the product development stage;
3. Responsible for the formulation of technical plans in the early stage of the project and the internal coordination of R&D;
4. Coordinate changes and confirmations in the R&D stage;
5. Solve the problems in the product development stage of samples and small batch trial production;
6. Understand the market environment and lead the development of self-developed projects according to market demand, including assisting in procurement for new material development, assisting in process development, and assisting business in new product development.
Qualifications:
1. Good communication skills and learning skills;
2. Familiar with the development process of APQP;
3. Understand the various processes of composite materials and automobiles, and be able to choose the appropriate process route according to the product;
4. Understand the Italian high-end automobile market and be familiar with related industrial technologies;
5. Fluent in English, Italian proficiency is preferred.
