Powertrain Software Project Lead
Your Responsibilities:
• You will perform powertrain software project management incl. scope analysis, software planning, time schedules, stakeholder communication, resource and risk evaluation
• You will perform regular reporting, harmonization and synchronization within Volkswagen Group China and act as our interface to the headquarter as well as China joint ventures
• You will track the software and project status, identify critical issues and escalate within VW Group
• You will develop software timelines based on the project situation, derive necessary next steps and communicate to stakeholders
• You will work in international project teams to support powertrain software development
Required Qualification:
• Education: Bachelor degree or above
• Work Experience with vehicle control units and software development
• Project Experience with HEV & PHEV projects is beneficial
• High degree of problem solving ability and independence
• Familiar with project management tools and proficient with office SW
• Strong process orientation and organizational skills required
• Ability to work in international team environment required
• Very good communication skills required
• Powertrain Calibration Know-How is beneficial
• Capabilities in programming are beneficial
• Language:
o English-speaking is required
o German-speaking is beneficial
