Your Responsibilities:
• Release of localized and CKD powertrain components by choosing suitable methods from the testing side
• Planning and tracking of component validation and testing release
• CKD and local content supplier management
• Support on series production and field topic
• Represent VCTC-MA1 on parts topics in VW Group China project related committees
Technical key words: Powertrain component; testing; supplier management

Required Qualification:
• Education: Bachelor degree or above in mechanical-, electrical-, mechatronic- or automotive engineering or equivalent education
• Work Experience: 5 years experience in powertrain-/electrical components development ofautomotive industry
• Knowledge, skills and abilities:
o Good knowledge of powertrain technologies and supply chain
o Good knowledge of measurement, testing technologies and methods (e.g INCA, data aquisition systems, OBD)
o  Good knowledge of part manufacturing and assembling processes
o Working in Multinational and global shared development networks with multiple partners and shareholder interests
o Good knowledge of MS Office applications
o Knowledge of INCA, Concerto and Diagra software is a plus
• Language:
o Good English skills (written and spoken)
o Plus: Good German skills (written and spoken)
