Overseas Client Manager
岗位职责
1. 负责 SinoJobs 国内客户(以中资出海企业及中国外资企业为主)的日常对接与客户关系维护,确保客户满意度与长期合作;
2. 深度理解客户招聘需求,独立推进招聘项目,包括岗位需求梳理、招聘方案制定、执行跟进及结果复盘;
3. 协调内部招聘顾问、市场及运营团队,推动招聘项目高效落地;
4. 定期向客户输出招聘进展、市场反馈及数据分析,提供专业招聘建议;
5. 持续挖掘客户的延展需求,推动续约及增值服务机会。
任职要求
1. 本科及以上学历,3 年及以上相关工作经验;
2. 具备客户服务或客户成功经验,有招聘、猎头、人力资源服务行业背景者优先;
3. 熟悉招聘流程,对海外人才市场(尤其欧洲/德国)有一定认知;
4. 具备良好的客户沟通能力与项目管理能力,能够同时推进多个招聘项目;
5. 结果导向,执行力强,具备较强的责任心和服务意识;
6. 中英文流利,具备良好的商务书面及口头沟通能力;具备德语能力者优先。
