Overseas Client Manager

Overseas Client Manager

岗位职责

1. 负责 SinoJobs 国内客户（以中资出海企业及中国外资企业为主）的日常对接与客户关系维护，确保客户满意度与长期合作；

2. 深度理解客户招聘需求，独立推进招聘项目，包括岗位需求梳理、招聘方案制定、执行跟进及结果复盘；

3. 协调内部招聘顾问、市场及运营团队，推动招聘项目高效落地；

4. 定期向客户输出招聘进展、市场反馈及数据分析，提供专业招聘建议；

5. 持续挖掘客户的延展需求，推动续约及增值服务机会。

任职要求

1. 本科及以上学历，3 年及以上相关工作经验；

2. 具备客户服务或客户成功经验，有招聘、猎头、人力资源服务行业背景者优先；

3. 熟悉招聘流程，对海外人才市场（尤其欧洲/德国）有一定认知；

4. 具备良好的客户沟通能力与项目管理能力，能够同时推进多个招聘项目；

5. 结果导向，执行力强，具备较强的责任心和服务意识；

6. 中英文流利，具备良好的商务书面及口头沟通能力；具备德语能力者优先。
