  • Fixed Asset & Consumable Management
  1. Maintain an up-to-date register of all warehouse fixed assets and consumables.
  2. Monitor asset usage, perform regular inventory checks, and ensure proper documentation for asset movements, scrapping, or transfers.
  3. Support warehouse equipment maintenance and replacement requests in collaboration with vendors or internal teams.
  • Procurement Management
  1. Collaborate with the headquarters sourcing team to complete supplier onboarding, purchase order creation, goods acceptance, and cost settlement.
  2. Track procurement progress and ensure timely delivery of warehouse supplies, uniforms, tools, and consumables.
  3. Evaluate local suppliers in terms of cost, quality, and service performance.
  • Labor Planning & LMS Management
  1. Communicate daily and weekly labor demand with local staffing agencies based on operational volume and workload.
  2. Track agency labor attendance and verify timesheets for accuracy.
  3. Manage and update the Labor Management System (LMS) to ensure data integrity, completeness, and alignment with payroll and financial systems.
  4. Support analysis and reporting of labor efficiency, attendance trends, and productivity data.
  • Financial & Cost Control
  1. Support warehouse cost management and budgeting processes, including monthly cost accruals and expense verification.
  2. Work closely with Finance to ensure timely and accurate accounting of operational costs.
  3. Identify cost-saving opportunities in warehouse procurement and administrative spending.

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Logistics, or related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in warehouse administration, procurement, or logistics support roles.
  • Strong understanding of warehouse operations, labor planning, and financial processes.
  • Proficiency in Excel and ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, or equivalent).
  • Experience with Labor Management Systems (LMS) or similar workforce planning tools is a plus.
  • Excellent communication and coordination skills with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Fluency in English and German; Chinese language skills are a strong plus.
