We are seeking highly motivated and detail-oriented logistics professionals to join our dynamic team in Germany. This generalist role supports a wide range of logistics operations, including warehousing, transportation, inventory management, and process optimization. The ideal candidate will contribute to the seamless movement and storage of goods, ensuring high service quality and operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support and execute day-to-day logistics operations across warehousing and transportation functions

  • Oversee the receipt, storage, picking, packing, and dispatch of goods in line with JD Logistics standards

  • Coordinate inbound and outbound transportation, ensuring on-time delivery and cost efficiency

  • Monitor inventory levels and participate in stock control and audits

  • Utilize logistics systems and software to track shipments, manage data, and report KPIs

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve processes and resolve logistics issues

  • Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and regulatory standards

  • Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency and service quality

Qualifications:

  • Experience in logistics, warehousing, transportation, or related supply chain roles

  • Strong organizational and problem-solving skills

  • Familiarity with warehouse management systems (WMS), transport management systems (TMS), or similar tools

  • Ability to work effectively in a team and adapt to a fast-paced environment

  • Basic knowledge of logistics regulations and safety standards in Germany

  • Good communication skills; proficiency in German and/or English preferred
