Logistics Repacking Production Position

Job responsibilities
1. Repacking Operations Execution
• Receive production work orders and verify consistency of repacking materials with order information
• Retrieve repacking materials (batteries, empty containers, auxiliary materials) and perform repacking operations in accordance with SOP
• Complete packing, wrapping, labeling, palletizing, and other operations per process requirements
• Achieve batch repacking output according to work order quantity requirements
2. Repacking Recording & Traceability
• Complete repacking operation records (batch number, quantity, operator, time, etc.)
• Apply/attach repacking batch labels to ensure full traceability
• Complete work order closure and output confirmation in the system/WMS upon completion
3. Battery Testing Operations (10BU)
• Receive batteries for testing and verify testing work orders against battery information
• Perform battery functional/appearance/performance testing per testing procedures and standards
• Achieve batch testing output according to work order quantity requirements
4. Testing Equipment Operation & Daily Inspection
• Perform daily pre-operation inspections of testing equipment (appearance, function, calibration status)
• Operate testing equipment in compliance with operating procedures and maintain usage logs
• Report equipment abnormalities promptly and coordinate with maintenance personnel for resolution
• Perform equipment cleaning and daily maintenance after operations
5. Testing Results Recording & Non-Conforming Handling
• Record batch testing results (quantity passed/failed, defect types, etc.)
• Input testing data into system/WMS 
•Identify, label, and segregate non-conforming products; initiate non-conforming product reports
• Assist supervisors/quality personnel in non-conforming product disposition (rework, scrap, return, etc.)
6. 5S & Safety
• Maintain 5S in the work area (sort, set in order, shine, standardize, sustain)
• Comply with safety operating procedures and wear required personal protective equipment (PPE)
7. Shift Handover & Communication
• Complete daily shift handover (production output, quality issues, equipment status, pending tasks)
• Report any operational abnormalities to the shift supervisor in a timely manner

Expected Qualifications & Degrees
• High school diploma or above
• Vocational/technical school background in Mechanical/Electrical/Automotive or related field is preferred


Professional Experience
• Minimum 1 year of experience in warehouse, manufacturing, or logistics operations
• Experience in repacking, picking, or production line operations is preferred
• Experience in battery industry is preferred

Professional Skills
• Basic knowledge of warehouse operations and material handling
• Familiarity with WMS system or barcode scanning operations is a plus
• Basic MS Office skills
• Valid forklift license is a plus
• Basic understanding of quality inspection methods is a plus

Language & Soft Skills
• Language: German required (spoken and written); English is a plus; Chinese is a plus
• Strong sense of responsibility and work ethic
• Attention to detail and accuracy in operations
• Physically fit for warehouse environment and able to stand/walk for extended periods
• Team player with good communication skills
• Flexibility to work shifts and overtime as required
