Logistics Re-packing Quality Control Position

Logistics Re-packing Quality Control Position

Job responsibilities1.Repacking Process Quality Control

• Perform PQC patrol inspections during repacking operations to monitor process compliance
• Conduct first article inspections and process audits to ensure repacking quality meets standards
• Identify, document, and report non-conformances found during repacking processes

2.Non-Conforming Product Management

• Responsible for judgment, segregation, and labeling of non-conforming products in repacking operations and within warehouse
• Initiate non-conforming product reports and coordinate with supervisors on disposition decisions (rework, scrap, return, etc.)
• Track and verify rework results of non-conforming products

3.Incoming Material Quality Support

• Support quality judgment for receiving abnormalities (damage/shortage/incorrect goods)
• Assist in collecting data and feedback on incoming material quality issues to suppliers
• Follow up on supplier quality issue closure status

4.Quality Data & Documentation

• Record and compile repacking quality inspection data and reports
• Support the development and maintenance of repacking inspection standards (SIP, checklists, etc.)
• Assist in preparation of quality monthly reports and KPI data

5.Continuous Improvement

• Participate in root cause analysis and improvement activities for repacking quality issues
• Support implementation and effectiveness verification of quality improvement measures
• Contribute improvement suggestions based on daily quality inspection findings

Expected Qualifications & Degrees

• Bachelor's degree or above in Quality Management, Industrial Engineering, Mechanical/Electrical Engineering, or a related field
• Candidates with exceptional experience may be considered with a diploma degreeProfessional Experience
• Minimum 2 years of experience in quality control/inspection in manufacturing or logistics industry
• Experience in automotive or battery industry is preferred
• Experience in warehouse/repacking quality inspection is preferredProfessional Skills
• Familiar with quality inspection methods and principles (sampling plans, inspection standards, etc.)
• Basic understanding of quality tools including 7 QC tools, 8D, etc.
• Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word)
• Ability to read and understand technical drawings and specifications is a plus
• Familiar with ISO9001/IATF16949 quality system basics is a plus

Language & Soft Skills

• Language: Fluent in German and English (written and verbal); Chinese is a plus
• Good communication skills, able to coordinate effectively with production and quality teams
• Strong sense of responsibility and integrity in quality judgment
• Detail-oriented, patient, and able to work under pressure
• Team player with a proactive working attitude
