Logistics Quality Supervisor

Zur Verstärkung unseres Teams suchen wir zum nächstmöglichen Zeitpunkt eine/n Projektmanager/in für Energiespeicher und Power-Battery-Projekte (m/w/d).
In dieser Position übernehmen Sie die operative Steuerung von Kunden- und Produktprojekten – von der Anforderungsaufnahme und Projektplanung über die bereichsübergreifende Koordination bis hin zur erfolgreichen Projektumsetzung und Übergabe.
Sie arbeiten eng mit den Bereichen Sales, Pre-Sales, Engineering, Produktmanagement, Qualität, Supply Chain, Logistik, Finance und Legal zusammen und koordinieren bei Bedarf die Zusammenarbeit mit der chinesischen Konzernzentrale, europäischen Kunden, Lieferanten und weiteren Geschäftspartnern

Logistics Quality Supervisor

Job responsibilities
1. Quality Standard Development
• Drive the development of repacking inspection documents and quality standards (including SIP, Control Plan, etc.)
• Participate in the development and review of quality standards during Safe Launch phase

2. In-Process Quality Control
• Organize PQC patrol inspections during repacking processes to monitor quality compliance
• Responsible for the judgment, identification, segregation, and disposal review of non-conforming products
• Responsible for quality judgment for receiving abnormalities (damage/shortage/incorrect goods)

3. Quality Problem Analysis & Improvement
• Organize root cause analysis and improvement for quality issues in repacking and testing processes
• Track implementation and effectiveness verification of quality improvement measures
• Drive and support feedback to suppliers on incoming material quality issues and follow up on closure
• Drive and support internal investigation, analysis, and response to customer quality complaints

4. Quality System & Audit
• Responsible for preparation and coordination of quality module for new warehouse introduction internal audit
• Participate in quality-related audits for new project pre-production operation construction
• Support preparation of quality monthly reports and KPI data reports

5. Team Management
• Responsible for daily scheduling and work arrangement of production quality personnel
• Organize job skills training and quality awareness enhancement
• Responsible for team member performance management and evaluation Expected Qualifications & Degrees
• Bachelor's degree or above in Quality Management, Industrial Engineering, Mechanical/Electrical Engineering, or a related field


Professional Experience
• Minimum 5 years of quality management experience in manufacturing or logistics industry, with minimum 2 years of team management experience
• Experience in automotive or battery industry is preferred
• Experience in logistics/warehouse quality management is preferred Professional Skills
• Familiar with quality tools including 7 QC tools, 8D, FMEA, Control Plan, etc.
• Familiar with ISO9001/IATF16949 quality management system
• Proficient in MS Office; experience with quality data analysis tools is a plus
• Strong technical documentation skills, with ability to develop inspection standards and quality documents independently Language & Soft Skills • Language: English and German required; Chinese is a plus
• Strong cross-functional communication and coordination skills, able to efficiently align requirements across production, engineering, logistics, and quality teams
• Systematic thinking and problem-analysis skills, able to independently identify root causes and propose solutions
 • Adaptable to international work environments, with willingness to travel as required
