Logistics - Project Manager (Full-Time)

Job Description:Responsible for leading and managing the company's logistics programs. Core responsibilities of the position include developing and executing logistics strategies, optimizing supply chain processes, and ensuring projects are completed on time and on budget. We look to you to provide innovative solutions to rapidly changing market demands.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan and implement logistics projects, including cost budgets, timelines and resource allocation.
• Monitor project progress to ensure project objectives are met and KPIs are achieved.
• Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors to ensure smooth project execution.
• Analyze the logistics process to identify potential improvement points and propose innovative solutions.
• Manage and resolve any issues or risks that arise during the project.
• Prepare project reports and report project progress to management in a timely manner.
• Continuously evaluate and optimize the supply chain process.

Tenure Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree and above in Logistics Management, Supply Chain Management, Foreign Language or related field.
• At least three years of logistics or project management experience.
• Familiarity with supply chain management and logistics operations.
• Strong project management skills, including time management and resource coordination.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and multi-tasking environment.
• Proficiency in project management software and Microsoft Office.
• Fluent negotiation skills in English or German.
