Logistics Assistant Intern (m/f/d)
Responsibilities:
• Receive and process customer orders, ensuring accuracy and timely execution.
• Track order status and follow up on delivery schedules.
• Handle order modifications and communicate changes with customers.
• Arrange shipments from the factory warehouse to customers.
• Monitor logistics progress and resolve any delivery issues.
• Ensure all delivery-related documents are accurate and properly managed.
• Manage daily transportation costs and ensure cost efficiency.
• Review and control special freight costs for urgent or exceptional shipments.
• Maintain regular communication with Tier 1 customers and trading partners.
• Address customer inquiries and coordinate delivery requirements.
• Work closely with internal teams to ensure smooth order fulfillment.
Requirements:
• Experience in customer communication, especially with Tier 1 customers and trading
clients.
• Basic knowledge of logistics and inventory management.
• Ability to manage freight costs and delivery documentation.
• Proficient in ERP systems for order processing and inventory tracking.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
