Job Description:We hope you are an experienced Warehouse Operations Shipping Team Leader with leadership skills to join our team. As the Warehouse Operations Shipping Team Leader, you will be responsible for overseeing the Warehouse Operations team to ensure that all shipping activities are carried out efficiently and accurately, while following all safety protocols.
Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and direct the Warehouse Operations team to ensure smooth daily workflow;
• Overseeing the process of receiving, storing, picking and shipping goods to ensure on-time and accurate completion;
• Implementing stock control measures to ensure accurate inventory;
• Ensuring compliance with all warehouse operating procedures and safety standards;
• Collaborating with other departments to ensure timely fulfillment of orders;
• Providing team training and development to ensure efficient operations;
• Resolving problems in day-to-day operations and continuously improving operational processes;

Tenure Requirements:

• Preferably with a major related to logistics and warehouse management;
• Familiar with modern warehouse management systems and equipment;
• Excellent organizational, leadership and communication skills;
• Ability to effectively multi-task in a fast-paced environment;
• In-depth understanding of logistics industry processes and standards;
• Ability to perform physical labor and operate warehouse equipment as necessary;
