Job Responsibilities:

  1. Interpret and identify key inspection points for materials based on drawings, process documents, or inspection work instructions.

  2. Be responsible for quality control of incoming materials. Perform inspections of incoming materials and samples in accordance with the "Incoming Inspection Procedure," inspection standards, sealed samples, and technical drawings, and complete accurate inspection records.

  3. Coordinate with the production department to conduct incoming material inspections according to the production plan/purchase arrival orders, and promptly confirm the incoming inspection process in SAP.

  4. Be responsible for recording inspections of first-time samples from new suppliers or other new products, as well as coordinating sample submissions to the testing center.

  5. Label the status of inspected materials, confirm, identify, and isolate defective products. Release materials that pass inspection and reject non-conforming materials.

  6. Document inspection records for any issues identified during the inspection process and provide feedback to relevant responsible units or superiors via email, corporate WeChat, or other written forms.

  7. Be responsible for quality statistics and the preparation of quality reports for incoming material inspections.

Qualifications:

  1. Strong ability to interpret mechanical drawings (including component and attachment drawings), with proficiency in using common measuring tools (e.g., vernier calipers, micrometers).

  2. Excellent communication skills, fast learning ability, and quick comprehension of business requirements.
