Annual Salary: €40,000–€50,000

Position Summary
Responsible for coordinating and managing the company's import and export operations, as well as handling treasury activities, accounts receivable, accounts payable, and other daily financial tasks. The role ensures smooth logistics operations, accurate and timely cash transactions, and compliance with German, EU, and international regulations.

Key Responsibilities
1.Import & Export Management (50%)
  • Coordinate, execute, and monitor international import and export shipments.
  • Maintain daily communication with freight forwarders, customs brokers, logistics service providers, suppliers, and customers.
  • Prepare and review commercial invoices, packing lists, shipping documents, customs declarations, and other import/export documentation.
  • Ensure compliance with German, EU, and international trade regulations.
  • Support customs clearance processes and maintain related records.
  • Maintain HS codes and product import/export information.
  • Track delivery schedules and promptly resolve logistics issues and exceptions.
2.Finance & Cash Management (50%)
  • Process supplier payments and customer collections through SAP and online banking systems.
  • Manage Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR) activities.
  • Review, enter, and reconcile invoice information within SAP.
  • Perform bank reconciliations and maintain financial documentation.
  • Liaise with external tax advisors (Steuerberater), accountants, and auditors.
  • Assist with monthly, quarterly, and annual financial closing activities.
  • Organize, maintain, and archive financial records and related documents.

Qualifications
Educational Background
  1. Completed commercial vocational training in Germany (Kaufmännische Ausbildung) or a Bachelor's degree or above.
  2. Preferred fields of study:
  • Business Administration
  • Finance or Accounting
  • International Trade
  • Logistics Management
  • Supply Chain Management

Professional Experience
  • Minimum of 3 years of relevant work experience.
  • Experience in import/export operations, accounts receivable, and accounts payable management.
  • SAP Experience (Required)
  • Hands-on experience with SAP systems is required.

Language Requirements
  • German: Business communication capability.
  • English: Business communication capability.
  • Chinese: Business communication capability.
