Due to business expansion, GOFO is offering an opportunity for the position of HRBPSpecialist in our new Warehouse located in Herten-NRW-Germany

HRBP Specialist

Job Responsibilities:

• Provide day-to-day employee support, help solve workplace issues, and maintain a positive and compliant working environment.

• Assist in designing and implementing training programs, performance management cycles, and career development frameworks.

• Support internal communication, organize company events, and help foster a strong and engaging workplace culture.

• Contribute to daily HR tasks and processes that ensure organizational efficiency and scalability.

Job Requirements:

• Hands-on exposure to multiple HR functions, with an HRBP or Generalist background; local German HR experience is a plus.

• Solid knowledge of German and North Rhine-Westphalia (NRW) labor laws and local employment compliance.

• Fluent in Chinese and German; working proficiency in English is a plus.

• Valid work authorization in Germany is preferred; visa application assistance is available for exceptional candidates.

• Fast learner with strong adaptability and quick thinking; highly proactive, self-driven, and ambitious.
