HR Specialist

Location

EUP(Hybrid Remote Work Available). Work visa sponsorship provided.

Employment Type

Responsibilities:

• Recruitment and Local Talent Team Building.
• Process basic HR documents (employment contracts, attendance records, personnel files).
• Support office administration (meeting coordination, travel reimbursement, supplies management).
• Facilitate onboarding (visa documentation, social security registration).
• Maintain HR data systems (HRIS entry and updates).
• Assist in daily bilingual translation for cross-team communications.

Qualifications:

• Education: Bachelor's degree (all majors accepted).
• Language: Native Chinese + Professional Business English proficiency.
• Skills: Proficient in Office.
• Preferred Qualifications: Familiarity with Dutch labor law preferred.
