HR Specialist

Position Details

Location: EU (Hybrid remote work available)，Work visa sponsorship available

Employment Type: Full-time

Responsibilities

• Recruitment and local talent team building.
• Process standard HR documentation (employment contracts, attendance records, personnel files).
• Support office administration (meeting coordination, travel reimbursement, office supply management).
• Facilitate employee onboarding (visa support, social security registration).
• Maintain HR information systems (data entry and updates in HRIS).
• Provide daily bilingual translation support for cross-team collaboration.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree (all majors welcome)
• Native Mandarin speaker with professional business English proficiency
• Proficient in Microsoft Office
• Preferred: Familiarity with Dutch labor law

• Salary range 3000-5000euros per month
• 25 days of paid annual leave
• Work visa provided
