Finanzmanager

Our client is a high-tech enterprise specializing in comprehensive automotive high-end equipment and automotive components, with automotive metal forming and metal joining as its core technologies. They offer a wide range of products, have a broad customer base, and possess strong capabilities in application development. Their main products include automotive stamping dies, fixtures, automotive welded and pressed parts, new energy battery enclosures, and related industrial automation products. Due to the demand for overseas business, they are currently recruiting a General Ledger.

Finanzmanager

Responsibilities：

Finance Actuals and Closing

• Make sure all (accruals,provisions, corrections, etc.) content for Journal Entries (recurring and incidental) are accurate and timely
• Validate/Analyze financial results

Finance Reporting

• Local Trial Balance mapping to China Head Office’s Chart of Account
• Provides reports and analysis for Provisions/Accruals, AR aging, Inventory turns, AP, Products gross margin etc.
• Supports: Mgmt. Reporting；Monthly Reporting Deck Forecast/Actuals；Cashflow fcst.

Local banking finance

• Manage local bank settlement (bank account opening/closing, wire transfer, cheque,etc.)
• Coordinator of local banking finance under the guidance of China Head Office

Finance Planning

• Preparation Planning Figures (e.g. based on Top Down Guidance)

Finance controlling

• Ensure all activities abide by head office’s internal control procedure /rules and regulations

Finance External Audit

• Point of contact to external auditor
• Responsible for the compliance, correctness and completeness for assigned legal entity

Accounting system/ ERP setup

• Support head office for the setup of accounting system/ERP of assigned new entity

Local Compliance

• Manages and safeguards the local presence for accounting and reporting support for local legal entities, in close coordination with finance head office.
• Manages the local compliance calendar (Tax filing/other statutory reports).

Local statutory reporting

• Prepare and execute
• Deliver to local authorities

• Local Statistics

Requirements

• Bachelor Degree in Accounting/Financial Controlling, and/or licensed certified public accountant;
• At least 3 years of experience within several finance positions;
• Familiar with local accounting/tax/bank practices;
• Fluent in German & English, Mandarin is a plus.
