Function and Diagnosis

Your Responsibilities (within 5 lines):
Technical key words (at least 3 words):
• Design and implement advanced functions for high voltage BMS.
• Develop and integrate diagnostic algorithms for fault detection.
• Collaborate with hardware and software teams for seamless functionality.
• Conduct detailed testing and analysis of function and diagnostic performance.
• Ensure compliance with safety and VW Group standards in all developed functions.

Required Qualification:
• Bachelor's/Master's degree in Electrical or Software Engineering or related field.
• At least 3 years of high voltage battery development experience.
• Proven experience in automotive electronics and BMS development.
• Proficient in programming languages like C/C++, Python, Java, MATLAB/Simulink or other relevant languages.
• Proficient communication skills in both Chinese and English.
