With precision manufacturing at our Suzhou factory and a nationwide sales and technical service network led by our Shanghai office, we drive the advancement of the global power industry through core products including on-load tap-changers and digital intelligent control systems.

Responsibilities:

  • Reimbursement Document Review:Assist in the review and verification of reimbursement documents to ensure compliance with company policies.
  • Expense Data Entry & Recording:Accurately record and input expense details into the financial documents for proper tracking and management.
  • Data Maintenance:Maintain and update different Excel spreadsheets based on relevant documents and records.
  • Document Filing & Archiving:Conduct scanning, classification, filing and archiving various official documents.
  • Others:Undertake other document processing and administrative support tasks as assigned.

Requirements:

  • Available at least 3 days per week
  • Currently enrolled university student; major is not limited. Interest in finance is preferred. No prior experience required. Long-term internship is a plus.
  • Good command of English communication skills, CET-4 or above.
  • Proficient in computer applications, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.
  • Able to work independently with strong communication skills.
  • Currently located in Shanghai. Immediate start is highly preferred.
