Finance Business Partner – Europe Region (m/f/x)

To strengthen our business support in the Europe region, we are seeking a Finance Business Partner – Europe Region (m/f/x), who will work closely with sales and business leaders to drive financial performance, support strategic and commercial decision-making, and enhance planning, reporting, and operational efficiency

Finance Business Partner – Europe Region (m/f/x)

Responsibilities:

• Act as a strategic finance partner to business leaders and functional teams across the Europe Region, providing financial insight, constructive challenge, and recommendations to support commercial and operational decisions.
• Monitor business performance against budget, forecast, and prior periods; identify key variances, risks, and opportunities, and recommend appropriate corrective actions.
• Partner with sales, product, operations, and delivery teams on pricing, deal structuring,contract profitability, cost optimization, and investment decisions.
• Review major commercial proposals and customer contracts from a financial perspective,including revenue, margin, cash flow, taxation, credit exposure, and financial risk.
• Prepare clear and timely management reports, financial dashboards, and executive presentations for regional management and headquarters.
• Strengthen financial governance and internal controls, ensuring compliance with company policies, delegated authorities, accounting standards, and applicable local regulations.

• Work closely with accounting, tax, treasury, legal, procurement, and internal audit teams to resolve complex financial and commercial matters.
• Support headquarters in regional financial planning, reporting, policy implementation, and other finance-related initiatives.
• Participate in regional and global finance projects aimed at improving standardization,efficiency, data quality, and business performance.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or above in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
• Professional qualification such as ACCA, ACA, CIMA, CPA, or an equivalent qualification is preferred.
• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in finance business partnering, commercial finance,FP&A, management accounting, or a related finance role.
• Demonstrated experience partnering with senior stakeholders and influencing commercial and operational decisions.
• Solid knowledge of budgeting, forecasting, financial modeling, management reporting,profitability analysis, and performance management.
• Strong commercial acumen with the ability to understand key business drivers and translate financial analysis into practical recommendations.
• Experience in telecommunications, ICT, technology, or another project-based industry is highly desirable.
• Good command of written and spoken English and Mandarin. German language skills are considered an advantage.
• A proactive, collaborative, flexible, and results-oriented approach, with the confidence to constructively challenge senior stakeholders.
