Field Test Engineer - Product & Competitor

Basic Information

• Reporting To: Head of Product & Testing Center

Job Purpose

Responsible for on-site testing of the company’s lawn-mowing robots and competitor products across Europe, collecting accurate test data to support R&D team’s product optimization, and ensuring product performance and reliability meet regional market requirements.

Key Responsibilities

1. Conduct field tests on our lawn-mowing robots and competitor products;
2. Develop and execute test plans, collect and analvze test data;
3. Write detailed reports and provide feedback to R&D;
4. Support product performance and reliability validation in various environments;
5. Maintain and manage test fields and equipment to ensure stable and reliable testing conditions.

Requirements & Qualifications

Must-Have

1. Bachelor's degree or above in Mechanical, Electrical, or Automation Engineering;
2. Familiar with testing procedures for consumer electronics or smart devices;
3. Good command of English or German, both written and spoken;
4. Self-motivated and a good team player;
5. Must hold a valid driving license (Germany or EU);
6. Willing to travel frequently across Europe for testing assignments.
