FDE 前沿部署工程师（AI交付/现场研发）

岗位职责：

1. 深入客户现场，对接业务与技术需求，将模糊需求梳理为可落地的AI解决方案。

2. 负责项目现场定制开发、系统集成、RAG/Agent应用搭建、数据对接与模型调优。

3. 完成私有化部署、上线调试、问题排查，保障项目稳定交付、通过客户验收。

4. 收集一线客户反馈与产品问题，同步内部团队，推动产品迭代与方案优化。

5. 独立推进项目落地，协调内外部资源，把控项目进度、风险与交付质量。

任职要求：

1. 本科及以上学历，计算机、软件、数据相关专业，海外背景优先。

2. 熟练 Python、SQL、API接口开发，具备独立编码与问题排查能力。

3. 熟悉大模型应用开发：RAG、Prompt工程、简单Agent编排、向量数据库使用。

4. 沟通能力强，能直面客户，抗压性强，可接受出差/短期驻场。

3. 有售前方案、客户汇报、项目推进经验
