Travel requirement: Approx. 50% within Germany
Start date: As soon as possible
Employment type: Permanent employment (full-time or part-time) or cooperation on an independent contractor/service-provider basis. Flexible arrangements with suitably available students may also be considered.

Your Responsibilities

  • Provide safe, reliable, and professional transportation for the CEO, executives, and other important guests
  • Drive the CEO to meetings, airports, hotels, company locations, and business appointments
  • Accompany the CEO on frequent business trips to J&T Express locations throughout Germany
  • Support local transportation requirements in and around Nieder-Olm, Mainz, and the Rhine-Main region
  • Plan routes in advance and monitor traffic conditions to ensure punctual arrivals
  • Remain flexible in the event of schedule changes, delays, or short-notice travel requirements
  • Maintain the assigned company vehicle in a clean, presentable, and roadworthy condition
  • Coordinate servicing, inspections, refueling, charging, and other vehicle-related appointments
  • Assist passengers with luggage and provide professional, discreet, and attentive service
  • Handle confidential information and conversations with absolute discretion
  • Perform occasional errands and other transportation-related support tasks as required

Your Profile

  • Valid driving licence for passenger cars, normally German/EU driving licence class B
  • Several years of confident and responsible driving experience
  • Mandarin Chinese skills required for daily communication with the CEO
  • Basic German or English skills for communication during journeys and at business locations
  • Excellent driving record and a safety-conscious, calm, and anticipatory driving style
  • High level of reliability, integrity, discretion, and personal responsibility
  • Professional, respectful, and service-oriented manner
  • Well-groomed appearance and appropriate conduct when interacting with executives and business partners
  • Willingness to travel throughout Germany for approximately half of each month
  • Flexibility regarding working hours, including occasional early mornings, evenings, weekends, and overnight stays
  • Ability to respond calmly and professionally to changing schedules and unexpected situations
  • Good knowledge of navigation systems and German road traffic regulations
  • Permission to work in Germany


Previous professional experience as an executive driver, chauffeur, limousine driver, or driver for senior management is an advantage but not mandatory.
