Energy Storage Systems Solutions Engineer

Responsibilities:

1. Support the development of energy storage system solutions for the European market, including standards, safety requirements, and application models;
2. Collect and analyze customer requirements from different regions and translate them into implementable technical solutions;
3. Conduct research and benchmarking of international energy storage products to define key features and performance indicators;
4. Assist in the design, component selection, and feasibility analysis of ESS systems (battery, PCS, EMS, etc.);
5. Participate in the setup and testing of EMS and PCS systems in Europe, and support technical validation activities;
6. Work closely with technical support and after-sales teams to analyze issues from project commissioning and operation phases, providing improvement suggestions;
7. Translate and prepare technical documentation for overseas clients, ensuring clarity and accuracy of requirements;
8. Support technical discussions and documentation with clients (EPCs, SIs, project owners) for technical and warranty agreements;
9. Regular visits to customers；
10. Participate in EU and IEC compliance review, testing, and report interpretation;Perform other duties as assigned by supervisor.

Qualifications:

1. Bachelor degree or above, preferably in power engineering, energy management, business management or related majors.
2. Experience in business development of large-scale energy storage projects, familiar with the development trend, market characteristics and policy environment of the energy storage industry. 
3. Able to formulate effective business development strategies and implementation plans.
4. Excellent communication and coordination skills, able to cooperate and communicate effectively with customers, partners and teams at different levels.
5. strong business negotiation skills and contract management skills, able to protect the company's interests in commercial negotiations and ensure that contracts are signed and fulfilled
6. Excellent German, English reading, writing and listening skills, Chinese is an advantage
