Responsibility:

  • Be responsible for the research and development of skills such as grasping and operating of mechanical hands/suction cups based on embodied intelligent algorithms.
  • Design, train and deploy algorithms such as imitation learning, reinforcement learning and multimodal learning to ensure the stable operation of embodied operation algorithms in real business environments.
  • Participate in data collection, simulation construction, real machine debugging and other work of embodied intelligent application scenarios.
  • Frontier tracking and new technology transformation.


Required capabilities, and skills

  • 2026 graduating students, majoring in computer science, artificial intelligence, robotics, automation or related fields, with a master's degree or above.
  • Proficient in programming languages and environments such as C++, Python, and ROS, with strong engineering implementation capabilities.
  • Master the basic model algorithms for robot grasping operations and skill learning.
  • Have project experience in at least one direction such as multimodal models, reinforcement learning, or imitation learning.
  • Good team spirit, strong ambition and thirst for knowledge, and good at learning and applying new technologies.

 

Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills

  • Have experience in robotic arm and dexteric hand algorithms and be familiar with algorithms such as DexGraspNet and Open VLA.
  • Familiar with mainstream simulation environments or frameworks such as Isaac Gym/Sim, Gazebo, and MuJoCo;
  • Published papers as the first author in conferences such as CoRL, ICRA, IROS or ICML, NeurIPS, etc.
