Start your new career with Sanhua Automotive as a: Responsibilities:
  • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships.
  • Develop a deep understanding of client needs and requirements and tailor solutions to meet these needs. 
  • Negotiate contracts and close agreements to maximize profit.
  • Ensure the timely and successful delivery of our solutions according to customer needs and objectives. 
  • Develop new business with existing clients and identify areas of improvement to meet sales quotas.
  • Act as the primary point of contact and build long-term relationships with customers.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams, including sales, product development, and engi- neering, to ensure client requirements are met. 
  • Prepare reports on account status and keep client records updated in the company's CRM system.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to identify and grow opportunities within the territory.

Requirements: 
  • Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in engineering or other related field.
  • Proven work experience as an Account Manager, Key Account Manager, Sales Account Manager, Junior Account Manager, or relevant role. 
  • Demonstrable ability to communicate, present, and influence key stakeholders at all levels of an organization. 
  • Solid experience with CRM software and MS Office (particularly MS Excel).
  • Experience delivering client-focused solutions to customer needs. 
  • Proven ability to juggle multiple account management projects at a time, while maintaining sharp attention to detail. 
  • Excellent listening, negotiation, and presentation abilities.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills in English or German.
