财务专员 / Finance Specialist

主要职责
 

• 负责日常财务核算、账务处理及凭证审核，确保账目准确、合规；
• 编制月度、季度及年度财务报表，并进行数据分析与报告；
• 协助完成年度审计、税务申报及财务合规相关工作；
• 管理应收应付账款、费用报销及银行往来；
• 支持财务系统维护与流程优化，提高财务效率与数据准确性；
• 与德国及中国团队协作，提供财务数据支持与分析。

任职要求
 

• 本科及以上学历，会计、财务管理、审计、经济、数据分析或信息管理等相关专业；
• 熟悉会计准则及德国财税法规（有国际财务经验者优先）；
• 具备良好的Excel技能，会使用SAP或其他财务系统者优先；
• 逻辑清晰、细致严谨，具备较强的数字敏感度和分析能力；
• 良好的中英文沟通能力，会德语更佳；
• 具有责任心、团队合作精神及跨文化沟通能力。
