研发类岗位

一、岗位名称

• 电芯与体系研发：电芯设计研发工程师、电芯设计资深研发工程师、电芯体系研发工程师、电芯体系工程师、电芯研发工程师、电芯设计工程师等；
• 材料研发：正极材料研发工程师、 三元材料研发工程师（含全固态方向）、 负极材料研发工程师、 隔膜研发工程师、材料研发工程师（硅碳 / 多孔碳）、 材料测评研发工程师（材料匹配 / 辅助材料）、 材料研发体系工程师、锂金属材料研发工程师等；
• 固态电池：固态电解质研发工程师、资深研发工程师（固态电池界面改性）、 研发工程师（粘结剂）、 电池资源工艺研发工程师（回收再生）等；
• BMS / 嵌入式 / 硬件：BMS 底层软件工程师、BMS 应用层软件工程师、BMS 系统工程师、BMS 现场应用工程师、嵌入式 Linux 软件工程师、硬件研发工程师等；
• 仿真与算法：电化学仿真工程师、锂电池 AI 仿真工程师、电化学仿真研发工程师、系统电性能工程师、数据分析研发工程师、算法研发工程师（电池预警）、 智能算法研发工程师等；
• 测试与失效分析：电芯测试分析工程师、系统测试分析工程师、电芯测试工程师、失效分析工程师、电芯安全失效分析工程师、电池失效分析工程师、电芯失效分析工程师、电芯安全机理研发工程师等；

二、学历与专业要求

• 学历：硕士及以上，博士优先；
• 专业：电化学、材料科学与工程、化学 / 化工、物理化学、应用化学、新能源材料与器件、冶金工程（回收方向）；电池算法 / 软件 / 仿真岗另收计算机、人工智能、数学、统计学、自动化、电子信息、通信等；
